Analysis
of the constraints related to the implementation of the
integrated system
The new system will routinely use data already collected
and processed by the IACS and the IT systems of the
administrative bodies that have been developed for
the purpose of managing European agricultural aid.
It will be enhanced by administrative databases that
manage data-linked to requests for aid, but also by
graphic databases that contain data of a territorial
nature (aerial and satellite photos, agricultural parcels,
different administrative or production zone limits,
etc.) The analysis of the IT integration of the new
functionalities will therefore cover the following
points :
- the automatic acquisition and updating of remote
sensing data
- direct and automatic access to data source
;
- direct integration of operational results into
the production environment ;
- analysis of the data norms and standards
This model is already used for checking demands for
aid for arable agriculture by spatial remote sensing.
Demands for aid are automatically compared with the
images after they have been rectified and the automatic
diagnostics obtained are incorporated directly into
the databases. They are then directly accessible to
the operators. The extension of the system, to include
the management and the control of agro-environmental
measures, will suppose solving the problem of producing
automatic calculations of indicators and the management
of historical data.
